Welcome to Rancho del Oro!

We are a small family run breeding farm located in Northern San Diego County, California. We specialize in Dutch Warmbloods and have bred National Champions for both KWPN-NA and USDF. While our horses to date have gone on to loving amateur homes our goal is to breed International caliber horses. We are gearing up to participate in the FEI young horse classes in 2011 and look forward to our horses competing with dressage trainer and friend Jenifer Luce- Zachary. Rancho del Oro is pleased to offer frozen semen from the world class stallions at the VDL Stud in Holland. They offer International, World Cup, and Olympic Stallions and were awarded KWPN "Breeder of the year " in 2009. Please see the stallion page for a complete list of available stallions. Andy (Antares) did very well at his second show this last weekend at the Hansen Dam triple rated show winning all 4 classes entered! He showed 1st level test 2 & 4 and had scores from 67.7-71 with 2 judges scoring. Way to go Jen and Andy!
