At his stallion testing the "preferent" stallion Nimmerdor distinguished himself by his great jumping abilities.  He went on the have a successful career in show jumping with Albert Voorn competing in various World cup competitions and had top showings at other international competitions such as, Berlin, Paris, Gothenburg, Dortmund and London.  Nimmerdor was invited to the Los Angeles Olympic Games but the owner opted to keep him home for his now very successful breeding career. Nimmerdor has a multitude of children including over 50 Approved sons. Ahorn, Daimler, N-Aldato, DBH Heartbreaker, Zadock, Nandor Fortuna and Coronel are but a small example. He produced over sixty international showjumpers including well-known names such as VDL Everest, Broere Goldenridge, Agrovorm’s Maywood, San Patrignano Avenir and Canadian Colours. Nimmerdor also produced successful dressage horses including the international Zapata, as well as versatile offspring including Wellington who competed at Advanced level dressage as well as International Show jumping. His sons Wellington, Goodtimes, and Amethist went on to produce top horses in dressage like: Bolvorms Ceylon, Luxaflex, Lucky times, Kennet W and Jazzman. Nimmerdor also sired many exceptional brood-mares and his daughters regularly finish ahead in the conformation category. His progeny also have excellent breeding results and he has a high degree of heredity reliability at 95%. Nimmerdor held the top position in the Dutch jumping index for many years with the highest degree of reliability and was awarded the title of "Stallion of the Century".
