Mr. Blue was one of the best performing jumping horses on the highest level (Grand Prix and World Cup). Grand sire Voltaire  (title 'preferent') who jumped international and also leads many lines of sport horses. After these we find the five best producers of the French studbook. They brought horses like Diamant de Semilly, Quidam de Revel, Alme, etc. Dam Licorne des Forets jumps at the international 1.50 m level, grand dam Gekas des Florets jumps at the 1.40 level and was the most winning 6 yr old horse of France. Great grand dam Rapsodie II also jumped at 1.40 m level. She is the full sister of approved and international jumping stallion Stew Boy. Also the French champion of 2007 'Lavande des Forets' comes from the same breeding line.Zirocco Blue is a modern built stallion and seems to be an extra talented jumping horse. He has scope, technique, and is careful. Zirocco Blue is one of the few approved sons and the only KWPN approved son of Mr. Blue.
